| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 30, 2009 Amber pour with lively carbonation and a boisterous two finger white head. Aroma holds orange, sweet grapefruit, lemon, pine resin, bread, and caramel. Flavor is very nice; sweet citrus hop combines with a really nice earthy and sappy bitterness. This is beautifully balanced by a subtle but evident caramel malt presence. Palate holds the bitterness really nicely. Really nice APA. oteyj (771), Canterbury, New Hampshire, USA
