It’s fairly straightforward with a nice balance of malt and hop--very drinkable but nothing remarkable like I expect from them. Rustyham (598), miami, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 12, 2009 Fantastic hoppy smell, great strong flavors of sugar and caramelized sugar, but not as strong as Mackeson or Dragon Stout. Slight hoppy bitterness to it. This beer has many good things going for it. MishkinBeer (65), , New York, USA

Scents of grass and barley rise up. The impact upon sipping sparkles with a bite.Medium bodied, mildly carbonated and crisp, Lagunitas Censored Copper Ale goes down smooth with an excellent balance of sweets and bitters. This beer is tasty without being overly ambitious mixinnixon2000 (227), Chicago, Illinois, USA
