Caramel sweet aroma with initial hop bite at the first sip. Well balanced with hop flavor coming through later. Nice American amber. On tap at The Shep. cbeers21 (589), Miami, Florida, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 14, 2008 This comes out of the tap a clear coppery brown that is rather appetizing. Aroma is of average strength, and mainly hoppy with a little malty scent. Flavor is strongly hoppy and has some malty taste. Texture is smooth. Not complex, but satisfying and pleasant. gotohelunc (476), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Draft. Bright copper color, clear, minimal head. Sweet malty nose. Caramel, honey, followed by hops. Not amazing, but a nice beer to mix in with a night of drinkin’. craftbeerdesign (766), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 7, 2008 Bottled. Copper is the correct name. Nice hops taste but not too much, a bit of caramel in there too. Not too shabby. AtlAggie (139), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 7, 2008 Beautiful copper color, very thin head. With a flavor tilting a bit towards hoppy, and a lingering bitter aftertaste, not precisely my cup of tea.
