| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Bottle pours a clear copper color with a white head. Smells like some hop and alcohol flavors. Head retention is minimal and shows little sign of lacing. Tastes of caramel with a hint of hops dominate this easy drinking ale. Very tasty. TheBeerBaron (219), Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Clear copper color, no carbonation and no head - looks kinda flat. Deep malt aroma with corn and a faint appearance of hops, a sweet mellow smell. A nice malt taste that quickly makes way to an understated but tasty hop flavor. Well balanced flavor. Quenching palate not very fizzy, but helps one drink a few of these at one time. Speaking of which this would be a veryh nice session beer with an excellent flavor and balance behind it, not too expensive either. Slipstream (785), USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Feb 25, 2008 Copper-amber colored pour with a light, fizzy head. The label is enlivened with a couple of weird little drawings of a dog and some hops. The scent is pleasantly sharp - hops, floral sweetness, and a little alcohol. This is a full-flavored, malty ale - sweet, but well-hopped, with hints of herbs and citrus. A little bit rough, but enjoyably so - a very interesting brew. Syd (910), Waconia, Minnesota, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 21, 2008 Picked up in Hudson WI. Bottle pours yep, copper with a bright off white head that clings and laces well. The aroma is solid malt and some spring floral hops - very fresh. The flavor is bready malt and very nice hops to balance. The palate is carbonated and seems to have some bones to it. Overall, this is not a bad session beer.
