Commercial Description:
This ale contains no actual copper but we're pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots'a nice caramel malt though... Alcohol 5.9% by volume

The aroma is bread and butter, very low hops (almost like a maibock in aroma). The appearance is yellow, tinged with copper (not as much as I might have thought), white head. The flavor is bread and butter, malts, some fruityness. The finish had very little bittering, and the mouthfeel was medium. Decent beer overall.

Pours a light shade of copper with light, bubbly off-white head. Aroma of spiced chai tea and a bit of hops. Decent malt flavor with some cherry. Some smooth flavors but a bit forgettable.

A friend and I got six of these for lunch. I guess it was good beer but it wasn’t my bag. Should have grabbed Sierra.

12 ounce stubby bottle poured into a pint glass. Clear, light copper color with an okay beige head. Christmas spice aroma with a deep caramel backdrop. Flavor is maple syrupy with a light citric fruitiness and a modest bitterness in the finish. A little muted in all aspects. Mouthfeel is thinnish, carbonation is good, finish is dry.

Aroma is good, but with a very faint occasional hint of something a little funky. Taste is hard to describe... sweet, but not too much, no sourness, very mild bitterness. Very clean and drinkable.
