Smells of hops and sweet malt.
Tastes of sweet malts, caramel, and what i am guessing is amarillo hops. Very yummy, well balanced, and a great session brew. v64 (74), Austin, Texas, USA

Impressive balance of hoppiness with the sweet taste, slightly fruity. Light bodied, a solid ale. SETANTA (581), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA

A true pleasure for malt lovers. yobdoog (1502), Woodridge NY, New York, USA

Some hop bitterness to balance the sweetness of caramel and creamyness. Powertrip (201), Calgary, Alberta, Canada

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 4, 2009 [Bottle] Pours deep reddish-amber with a ring of off-white head. Aroma is weak, sweet, and quite fruity. A little green apple, and...surprisingly little else. Taste is not nearly as sweet as the aroma, with a good deal of malt, and naturally a considerable hop bitterness on the swallow. Very simple and still not great, but not awful. Not bad mouthfeel, fairly smooth, and has a finish that is average to slightly below so. Really this was quite boring and there wasn’t much going on with it.
