Nutty prune nose. Small head, deep clear copper color. Toffee sweet, very noticeable bitterness, decent balance. Fizzy carbonation, medium body, long balanced finish. Nice beer.

Oct 10, 2008 Copper color with a white head. Not much in the aroma. Rather soft an dlight.
Not a bad beer just sort of dull..

Oct 2, 2008 Smooth, Kronik is good. Refreshing. My 15th beer at beerfest in Orlando 2008. All my senses are dulled at this point and this beer woke me up. Good!

Sep 30, 2008 Clear copper color with a fleeting white head. Nice roasted malt/nutty aroma. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Good flavor is sweet caramel with rich roasted malt. Finishes with a nicely bitter alcohol twang. Not too bad.

Sep 24, 2008 pours clear light brown/copper, with weak head. weak aroma, sweet with grapefruit notes. light toasted malt opens up later. Mouthfeel is light and almost fluffy. Alcohol has a shery note to it after just a little bite. Caramel malt, faint toastiness. Finishes on a malty note with just a bit of grassy bitterness. Overal decent, but a little mild.

Sep 21, 2008 Bottle at Gavlen Bar, Copenhagen. Very nice darkish ale. Good red beer. Good hops. Just another really good beer from Lagunitas. Stunning hop, flavourful, some toffee as it warms up, but not overly dominant. Good session beer. Not too special but oh so in my flavour range. Strawberry/raspberry/grapefruit.
