Commercial Description:
This ale contains no actual copper but we're pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots'a nice caramel malt though... Alcohol 5.9% by volume

Cask @ Bittercreek - Rich coppery brown with a nice small white head, served @ 50 degrees. Aroma of malt, brown sugar, slight hop florals. Taste was smooth and and a nice hop bite on the front end, finished with no carbonation and a residual caramel nuance....pretty fun on cask, way better that the bottle...

Incredible copper body, with a thin near white head. Noticeable caramel notes, fine sweet, but not too sweet (!), flavor and minimal hoppiness in the mix.

Bottle. Pours amber with very small head. Smells a little piney and a little malty. Tastes sweet, lightly roasted malts, some bread, then piney and bitter. Like my ex girlfriend, she has a thick and smooth body, and just as bitter, and fun while it lasted. Ill drink this one again. Pretty good.
