Commercial Description:
This ale contains no actual copper but we're pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots'a nice caramel malt though... Alcohol 5.9% by volume

Orangey copper color, thin head. Weak aroma - caramelized; orange zest? Light bodied, easy drinking. Toasty flavors. I don’t quite see the point.

Looks like an ordinary brown. Smells of caramel and earth. Flavor is malty with a strange but pleasant licorice note. Chewy finish, pleasant.

Poured a copper brown with a small white head. Smells of malts caramel and slightly metallic. Taste is caramel, malts, hops, and is very slightly bitter. Very good beer.
