Commercial Description:
This ale contains no actual copper but we're pretty literal... It looked coppery, so we lamely called it a copper ale. Lots'a nice caramel malt though... Alcohol 5.9% by volume

Just malty to a fault. Maybe this is the greatest malty copper ale ever made, but to me the flavor makes you cringe.

355 ml bottle. Deep amber. Crystal clear. Small off-white head that clings to the glass. Nice aromatic caramelly nose with crisp hops. Toffee. Smooth carbonation. Initial sweetness, but it is soon clear that the body is not even close to the initial sweet impression. Finishes lightly bitter and a little watery even. I loved the aroma though.

Copper red pour with a thin but lasting ring of white head. Aromas of biscuit, caramel, and apricot. Simple flavor but pretty drinkable. Not much of a byte on the finish. Hop level is pretty low.

Bottle. Poured a clear copper with a slightly light brown head. Aroma was full of caramel with a bit of pine hops underneath. Flavor was quite similar to the aroma, but the hops gave a nice bitter finish.

Everything in moderation. Moderate and Short hoppy finish. Moderate aroma balanced hops and malt. Good malt flavor but some overly buttery notes. Nothing partiularly off with the beer but nothing that puts it over the top.
