Toffee, caramel, vanilla and oak dominate the nose. Mildy smoked notes waft in and out with huge vanilla and marzipan. Nice clean finish.

Draft at the Bistro’s First Barrel-Aged BeerFest 11/11/06; Nose of caramel and oak; Very hazy amber with a ring of off-white bubbles; Flavor showed spices mixed with hops, and the oak!
