| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 14, 2007 Bottle. Dark gold color, white head with some good lacing. Hoppy aroma, light citrus hop taste with corresponding bitterness but not a good malt balance. Not a very long finish, just seems to fizzle out. Bartzilla (445), San Diego, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 22, 2006 Not bad, not great. Pretty easy drinking ale that pulls some punches with the overall flavor. More or less something that can go many miles in a day and still keep your eyes on the road. anders37 (4796), Malmö, Sweden

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 16, 2006 Amber clear with small head. Good balance citrus hop and malt aromas. Med body, small bitter up front with a little toasted malt and a rising bitter to the finish. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2006 Tap. Bright clear orange with no head. Even swirling the glass halfway through does not produce much of a head or carbonation. Aroma of floral and citrus hops. Caramel malt flavor with some citrus hops in the back, but kind of thin and watery (could be the result of a warm glass with residual rinse water). Overall a relatively flat and dull experience considering the other great beers I’ve had from this brewer. pinkzambia (989), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 8, 2006 Bottle:Dark gold color with a minimal head. Sweet hop aroma with a subtle grapefruit presence. The taste has a dry feel to it and seems to mainly showcasing hops. The bitterness is really found in the trailer. The only thing I wish this beer had more of is complexity in the flavor. I like the bitterness, aroma is fine, but the flavor should have a bit more to it. Otherwise, another great brew from Lagunitas. They seem to be a real "go-to" brewer. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 8, 2006 Bottle pours a slightly hazy orangish amber with a small thin quick white head. Mild hop aroma and mostly sweet light malts. Some citrus as well. Flavor is fairly bitter but not much hop flavor. Malts are not quite up to the task of ballancing this brew. Lively carbonation and a short lived but fairly harsh bitter trailer. A bit dissapointing. .
