Bland hoppy flavor, not a bittersweet hoppiness... just kinda average with some hints of citrus. Not bad, not great. jrob21 (1265), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

The head formed nicely and the color was an attractive gold. The hop flavors were modest and not as much as I normally like but on balance there is a nice bitter finish. It has a nice medium body.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 11, 2006 Bottle. A hazy orange pour with a thin light-tan head. Sweet, malty aroma with some hoppy bitterness in the background. Caramel, apples, pine, grapefruits and a little corn are all present. Thin-bodied. Starts off pretty sweet with some caramel and green apples. A dry, hoppy bitterness in the finish. A bit of a stale taste at the end too. Pretty well-balanced taste-wise. Not overwhelmingly tasty, but easy-drinking and poundable.
