clear amber, thin beige head, sweet citrus hop aroma, nice hop flavor on a carmel malt base, just a touch of sweetness that grows a tad to balance the hops, a bitterness builds towards the finish and explodes lasting until the following week,

Aug 23, 2007 Clear orangey golden pour with a thin white head. Good aroma of citrusy hops and malt. The flavor has a good wallop of citrusy and spicy hops with a good backbone of malt that provides a nice balance. The body is light to medium with a liquorous texture and medium carbonation. One of the nicer offerings from Lagunitas so far.

Aug 19, 2007 Shared with (and thanks to) Beerguy101 and mwsf. A deep gold, nearing Orange color with a surprisingly malty/caramel nose, spicey floral hops. Not the industrial hops of some Left Coast IPA’s (Though I like those too!) but certainly noticeable. A grassy/french bread flavor with a woody- spicy finish.

Aug 18, 2007 strong hoppy nose, the color is surprisingly light for the strength of the flavor. nice hop character with some depth with a sweet malty finish. very nice

Aug 3, 2007 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy off-white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy softly carbonated orange brown colored body. The mild aroma was hoppy and dirty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The nice flavor contained notes of malt hops and mild orange peel. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again.

Jul 17, 2007 Pours a slightly hazy golden, well, gold color with a shy head of off-white. More aggressive pours from the bomber do indeed result in a more healthy head. Loose lacing. One-sided aromas of citrus and perfumey hoppiness. Flavors tingle the tongue with some zingy hop tones ruling the day. Prickly feel on the palate as you hold it in your mouth. Malts definitely take a backseat here; miniscule graininess. A bitter beer that wrenches your tastebuds about.
