Brutal assault on the palate -- alcohol, hop oil, full-on blast of malt, more hop oil. Outstanding brew. (#3133, 10/10/2007) RiverHorse (454), New Jersey, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 11, 2007 12 oz. botle pours a ruby red color with hints of amber and brown. Huge tan head on the pour with a sugar coating of lace. The scent was of hops, citrus and some light yeasty notes. A great taste with hops dominating over malt, but not too agressively. A very spicey, piney after taste and good finish. Highly recommended ASA. Ungstrup (15430), Frederiksberg, Denmark
