Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

$8.49 for a six pack at Broudy’s. Nice floral hop aroma on the opening of the bottle ( cheap twist-off). Flavor is mild sweet malt and hops to start and then completely overcome by the hop bitterness. Long bitter finish. Body is medium to light, bordering on watery. Also a bit mild in terms of ABV for an IPA. Emphasis is definitely on the bitterness with this one. Still a pretty good brew, even with the minor faults.

This IPA was more like a pale ale to me, ather than an IPA. Not real hoppy, not real memorable, in fact, not much of anything going for it. I also don’t believe I got 12 ozs. of beer in my bottle because of the space left in my mug after pouring in the entire bottle. I thought it was 11 ozs., but after spending some time searching the label for the quantity, I found it listed in the contents (not where I’m used to looking, most brewers don’t put it there). Another personal note: I dislike their commercial description. I will not buy this again, with all of the other GREAT IPA’s on the market. Also, I don’t know where they put the 43 different hops and 65 malts because I didn’t taste that much of either. They probably put them the same place Budweiser puts them!

Pours a dark straw color with a head that slowly subsides. The nose on this one isn’t all that big, but at first sip the bitterness really comes out of this one. Not very malty, and the bitterness kicks in right in the middle and doesn’t let go. A pretty avg IPA, don’t think I will buy it in the near future.

This is a basic IPA, maybe even a little boring. Was not overwhelmed by flavor and there was not a lot going on in this $2 12oz bottle. Bland for an IPA, I thought.

Single bottle from Total Wine, Jacksonville. Pours a deep gold color with a slight head. Aroma is all hops, taste is malty and a little hop on the end. This is a very nice IPA at a good price.

Clear orange pour with an off white head that sticks around. Strong hop aroma. Caramel malts in the front end. Strong hop flavor in the finish. Very good.

Oily, floral hop nose. Smells like a field in spring. Sweet full body backed by a wonderful blend of clean hops. One doesnt outweigh the other; nice balance. Great grasp of style.
