Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

After reading the bottle I’m excited to get this one into a glass. It pours a bright burnt orange thats very clear. The head was minimal but left amazing amoutns of sticky lace all around my glass. The aroma was hoppy but I got plenty of malt sweetness as well. The flavor was delicious. Almost perfect balance of biting hop bitterness and malt sweetness in every gulp. A vicious piney wallop hits on the finish. The beer has a medium body with mild carbonation. On par for style. I really enjoyed this beer. My tastes have started to come around to the bigger hop flavors so this was right up my alley. I can see myself picking this up again.

I haven’t rated this yet? - 2009 Bottle - Pours clear orange with a frothy off white head...aroma is biting citrus peel and massive hop florals, with some sticky pine resin mixed in as well...flavour is different than I remember, slightly sweet caramel up front, giving way to grapefruit and pine bitterness that lingers shortly and is then gone...decent IPA, but doesn’t blow me away any more....hmm...

Bottle. Golden with a large white head. Great lacing. Aroma of mostly floral hops. Flavor is mostly hops - once again the floral variety. Other hops are present in the taste that are not present in the aroma. Crisp and refreshing. Good beer.

Bottled. Slightly hazy amber with big white head that thins quickly. Nice big hop aroma with notes of fruit. Flavor is a blast of sweet malts with caramel notes balanced with fruity hops that ends with a long dry finish.

Draft at The Bier Garden. Pours a lacing, off-white head with a golden-amber body. Smells strongly of citrus hops along with some spice hops and dirty socks. Flavor is floral and spicy hops with some honey. Finish is citrus and bitter hops.
