Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Opaque burnt orange color. Nice up front hoppy taste w/ a clean finish. Not much aroma.

Bottle. Poured an orange color with a small to medium off white head. Aroma was quite good with caramel, sweet malt, citrus, melon/pineapple, and fruit. Flavor was good, but not quite as good as the aroma. Alot of sweet malt and caramel, perhaps more pronounced than the hops. Melon, earthy, and citrus hops in the finish. Solid amount of sweetness. Solid beer.

Clear orange/light amber color with floaties (looks like part of the yeast cake from the bottom). Lingering white head. Aroma is sweet grapefruit, floral, and crsip pine. Flavor is very much like the aroma and finishes with a nice bitterness that isn’t overpowering. Medium to full palate - mouthfeel has some weight to it, but isn’t too heavy at all. This is a very good IPA in all aspects. 12 oz bottle, $1.35 from River’s Bend.

Bottled: Cloudy orange appearance. Quite sweet for an IPA. Pleasant to drink and somewhat fruity in the end.

0.355 l bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2009. Orange amber color. Juicy hop aroma with orange, mango and grapefruit. Bittersweet flavor with juicy grapefruity, mangoish and grassy hop. Firm but not very strong bitterness for an IPA. Slightly salty finish. Hoppy mouthfeel. Very juicy IPA.

Bottle. A slightly hazy medium golden color with a laced white head. Citrus and hop aroma with a bitter vinous flavor. A fine west coast IPA but nothing stands out.

Clear, bright coppery/amber color, with a large, frothy whiteness above. Good lace-leavin, too. Aroma is spot on for a good IPA, fresh and full of pine, fruit, citrus, sharp and lively, hoppy as all-get-out! I keep wanting to return to the smell of it, and each time it refreshes with this particular aromatic profile. Taste: juuust right, with blasts of hops, under a solid malt foundation, flooding the tongue and dominating the senses in every way, without going overboard. Just delicious, and exactly the way an IPA should act, if it’s worth it’s mustard, I say. Long, hoppy finish, sticks in the mouth and like it there. Mmmmm, I keep thinking, while this flavor never quits,...Mmmmmmm.

Pretty hazy orange color, decent head. Aroma of fresh blood oranges. Excellent orange hop flavors with a bit of pineapple. Balancing but clearly secondary malt flavor, a hop bitter finish. Very good, to say the least.
