Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

12oz bottle: pours brownish orange with an off white head. Light notes of cascade? hops and spice. The flavor is well executed different hops with different spices and bitterness. They cover the palate rather nicely. It’s no IIPA so the hops aren’t intense but they are very well balanced with each other.

typical IPA pour, dark amber, orange color, good head, and nice sticky lacing on the glass. Nice fresh aromas of citrus, lots of grapefruit, and a touch of pine. Not much malt here, and the hops are a little tame in the flavour, a solid IPA, nothing to knock your socks off, just a good daily drinker.

Bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear amber colour, light orange white head. Sweet fruity and hoppy grapefruit aroma. Flavour is fruity, citrus, grapefruit, a bit of caramel, dry hoppy bitter finish. A bit less than medium bodied. A nice "light" IPA.

From the bottle. Good nose, citrusy sweet. Orange brown color. Burnt & bitter,Hoppy with enough malt to stand up. Creamy clean finish. Tasted better at the Big Basin Bistro on draft 03/29/03. I'd be happy with them anytime

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Not too shabby... nice fruity/citrus hop notes, but not as good as their crazy story, as usual.

Bottle. Aroma of piney and floral hops, some citrus. Flavor an interesting concoction of all the luscious hop notes and some nicely rich caramel malt. Rich toffee notes really do wonders to accent all that pine. Maybe not as powerful as other IPA’s, but an interesting take that definitely floated my boat.

Clear copper. Modest, frothy, white head. Aroma of big resiny grapefruit hops with a bit pine, also. Same flavor with just enough malt. They could have made a brew that tasted identical with a lot less ingredients. Smooth, medium/light body is a little thin. Solid IPA.

1 pint draught, The Gingerman, NYC. Light amber. Rich malty nose. Mellow hoppy background. Full-bodied, but refreshing. Aftertaste is really hoppy. Nice IPA. Floral hoppiness in the finish. Straightforward and even through there is a plethora of hops used to make it.
