Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

1 pint draught, The Gingerman, NYC. Light amber. Rich malty nose. Mellow hoppy background. Full-bodied, but refreshing. Aftertaste is really hoppy. Nice IPA. Floral hoppiness in the finish. Straightforward and even through there is a plethora of hops used to make it.

An okay IPA. More ingredients than usually = a bit over average, which means it’s delicious and nice with its fresh wellhopped flavor. Nice and more..

22 oz capped bottle: clear apricot bronze with a thin film of a head that leaves thick, starched white lacing all around the glass. Fresh, grapefruity and piney aroma that isn’t as over powering as I may have thought, and offers some fresh strawberry and apple esters as well. Sticky, slightly sour and moderate hop bitterness throughout the palate. Grainy mouth feel. Caramel flavours are an after thought and are missing the normal sweetness. Not one of my favourite IPAs, but pretty decent anyway.

Tap, bar, Kalamazoo. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma has floral hops. Flavour is malty, with citrus and pine hops. Bitter finish.

Soft citrus peppery hop aroma, touch of grainey malt, orange amber color, suprisingly light floral citrus hop and malt combo, malt sweetness and hop bitterness vying for attention at the end with the bitterness winning out,but its a tepid scratchy fight. Seems like a nice hop dominated IPA ,just needs some cajones

On tap at the Nut House in Palo Alto. Pretty solid showing if nothing spectacular. Golden-amber appearance with white head. Piney aroma. Piney hop flavors are there, along with sweet malt and good bitterness. Medium palate. Nothing special but a nice west coast IPA overall.

Hazy pour with some milky bubbles that cling to the edges and occupy a few partial, random spaces on the surface. Orange, glowing. Aroma suggests moss, scotch oak, wildflowers, and blonde brownie. With a lacing of butterscotch. A faint hint of strawberries with cream. Tastes more of a mild soap than a crushing weight of bitterness. Only minor undercurrents of resinous syrups and crushed flowers. Bitter citrus rind leaps out a little, with a slighter hint of red pepper and grapefruit. It packs some intensity, but it still retains that cleaning product polish that cripples the impact. Alcohol resonates with a dark, hollow tone at the finish. Bitterness is slow to finally arrive after swallowing. Despite its qualities this is easy to recognize as California to the core, though a morose, cold-weather example.

Pours an orange color with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is slightly peachy with a bit of grapefruit. Not incredibly bitter but still plenty hoppy. Fruity. Peach and Grapefruit. Creamy mouthfeel. Good. Easy as shit to drink.
