Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Bottle... Hazy amber ale with a large, rocky, off-white head. Good retention. The nose is more malty than hoppy with notes of caramel, biscuit and shortbread. Mildly bitter, black tea flavor. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Finishes tannic and dry. English IPA, I think.

Draft: Pours a clear golden with a decent lightly lacing white head. Freah hoppy and sugary aroma. Body has a candy sweetness, without much caramel malt presence. The finish is bitter and dry. This could definitely use more balance.

Bottle. Typical American hoppyness, only this feels a bit tinny and a little short, lychee and pine, a bit rough around the edges.

Pale orange/amber with an originally good, yellowish head, slightly irregular. Very grapey, slightly resiny, typical USA-hops nose. I don’t know if it are really 43 kinds, but they’re good. (Quite) a bit of cakey malts, and some orangepeel-oils or mandarinepeel-oils, apart from the terpenes. Ends a bit soapy, in a good way. Dry bitterish taste, superposed on quite a lot of caramelly malts, sweet, but step by step the bitterness of the hopoils overwhelm. It halts just the right side of becoming metallic, but a kind of galvanic sour-e-rish taste is there. The balance is near 100% perfect. Slightly sharp, bit oily slickness, medium bodied. One of the best West Coast IPA’s I’ve ever had, and one of the, if not the best balanced. Big thanks to J. for this unexpected gift!

Orange beer with a small off white head. Light caramel malty aroma with a citric hoppy fruityness. Sharp hoppy bitterness along a low key malty sweetness.

Nice balance of caramel sweetness and citrusy hops, tinted with innocuous mango fruitiness…Once dropped in, the yeast impinges on the spicy oranges and a lasting, astringent bitterness prevails…A very good hop rush for hopheads, while being a bit lackluster...

Bottled: Dark golden/amber coloured. Clear. Dark beige dense head. Lasting. Flowers, fruit, herbs and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is malty and sweet with a herbal hoppyness. Is quite grassy. Well balanced and medium bodied. Is medium bitter in the end. Quite good one.

Pours copper with a white head and lots of floaties. Smells of citrus, pine, yogurt, wildflowers. Tastes of citrus with some mellow wildflower notes.
