Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Bottle. Aroma of caramel, spicy hops. Hazy, burnt orange with suspended particulate matter. Thin white head with some lacing. Fruity and full of hop flavor with body to match. Good combination of citrus and resins. Just enough rough bitterness to remind you to think about what you are drinking. A bit of tin can in the finish. Maybe some oxidation. A dependably good IPA though it is consistantly inconsistant.

(draught) Amber with off white head. Mild hops aroma. Bitter. Hops flavor in the finish. As it warmed the finish became a bit sweeter with more citrus.

Medium orange body. Sweet aroma, and quite malty for an IPA. The flavor, though is the expected hoppy, and it is also toasty and roasty. It is a little bit thin for an IPA, though, and it doesn’t really pack a punch like a prefer with my IPA’s. Overall, quite average, but I imagine this would be a lot better on draught.

Orange color with a big thick beige head. Aroma of piney hops. Flavor also of piney hops with some sweet malt in the background. Even though this is all hops its not excessivly bitter.

Pours and amber color. Citrus, hops, and orange flavor. Decent bitter finish. I fairly good IPA, refreshing. So I tried this a second time and I really didnt like it that much.

Bottle. Pours a light amber color with a thick head. Aroma is of sweet piney hops. Flavor is hoppy, though not as hoppy as some of their other offerings. Hop lovers can’t pass this one over as it hits all the notes of a solid IPA.

Quite a nice IPA. Is rather tilted towards the hops in favor of the malt. Appearance is nice though cloudy. Again.

Bottle... Poured an amber tone with big white head which dissipated into some nice lacing. Malty and hoppy aroma, flavors of hops, barley malt, citrus fruits and sweet caramel like taste. Mild, crisp finish.
