Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Very good IPA because of its hop balance. Amber with off-whtie head. Large hop aroma of grapefruit, orange and flowers. Flavor is mostly bitter with a small sweet malt backbone — just enough to offset the bitterness. The bitterness carries through to the long finish. Medium body. Smmoth texture. Somewhat astringent.

Robe blonde claire aux reflets orangés surmontée d’une mousse blanche épaisse en dentelle qui persiste. Arômes d’agrumes. Saveurs de malt caramélisé, d’agrumes et de houblon aromatique.

Clear orange color with a high amount of lacing. Strong bitter aroma and a bit flat and watery palate.

Floral piney, tea nose. Very lovely honey amber, with particles in suspension. Small whitish head dalmost completely disappears, yet leaves nice lacing. Earthy, fainttly caramel malts, woody, medium body, great mouthfeel, more earthen dusty hops, with a resinous finish. A darn nice brew I must say. Well balanced I must say.

(Bottle) Pours a copper color with a nice lasting head. Balanced IPA taste. Some pine and citrus can be tasted in here. Nice full mouthfeel. It’s a decent IPA, but nothing spectacular.

Poured a clear effervescent amber iwth a large creamy/frothy off-white head. Aroma of pine hops and a touch of caramel. Taste is fairly mild but clean pine and floral hops, some brown sugar sweetness and a dry finish backed by a bit of toffee. Easy-drinking, straight-forward, run-of-the-mill IPA.

Beer pours copper color with a dense suspension of tiny yeasties throughout (I thought they were bubbles as first). Weak aroma of malt. Flavor was very hoppy with grapefruit, some earthy/herbal notes and peppery flavors. Not really much in the malt department even after it warmed...very faint caramel. I was pretty unimpressed.
