Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Ho hum. Poured a copperish color with big head lots of noticiable yeasts in there. Aroma was very yeasty and light pine/citrus hops. Flavor was much hoppier then the aroma lots of grapefruit and yeast, just an average IPA.

Bottle split with Pat. Pours a dark hazy orange body with nice white head. The aroma is delicious hop. The mouth feel is medium and great. The taste is filled with flavors of citrus hop, with a smooth, crisp finish.

Sampled at Real Beer Expo (Rochester). Bottle. Orange-amber colour, sl. haze and no head. Plenty of hops (citrus, floral) and a bit of caramelly hops. Med. carbonation and a decent body. Orange and citruy hops and some bitterness.

Another CA IPA, less aggressive hops than expected.A sweeter IPA than others, Pine resin, oakiness, easy drinking. Would be a good sesion brew!

Bottled. Clear copper color with a small off-white head. Citrusy and floral hop aroma. Malty with a nice bitterness. There’s a little orange, grass and pine notes from the hops but it’s rather subdued. Dry and somewhat musty aftertaste.

Pours a light reddish-orange color with a thick white head. Aroma is of hops, citrus (mostly grapefruit), and some floral hints. Flavor starts off with citrus, mostly orange and some grapefruit. One of the most citrusy IPA’s I’ve had to date. Finishes with a little hops but not too much. The citrus almost overpowers the hops too much but is still a good IPA.

Bottle. Copper body, off-white head, PNW hop nose. Medium sweetness, hoppy, typical example of the style.
