Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

absolutely the best IPA i’ve ever had. the hops here are probably overdone for most palates but i can’t seem to get enough, i guess its an addiction

Pretty red orange gold in color with a substantial big bubble head off white in color. Hops dominate the nose with sweet malt in the background (apricot orange) slightly floral as well. This beer is all about the hops everything else is second. I like the way they hit the midpalate firmly then slowly drift back and intensify in bitterness. There’s sweet malt again but very subtle, like plum syrup? The more this beer warms the more it’s fragrance resembles a pine cone which is basically what you could call it, fermented pinecone juice with plum syrup and it’s pretty damn tasty too.

Love this stuff! Great drinking ale, has supplanted SNPA for me in the best commonly available beer here (CA, that is) Very Californian, solid hops and malt balance, with long finish. Not for the hedonist, but for the drinker.

Great IPA! Poured with a big frothy, foamy, textured head and some lace. Very nice slightly spicy aroma with a hint of earthiness. Ditto the flavor. Very clear dark amber color. Head lasts for a while. Very long hoppy finish. Not a citrusy hop character. This is the way I prefer it. This just rearrived at the Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Pours dark amber with a large head. Fresh citrus and hops are the predominate aroma. Nice amount of hops, for an IPA. Not too dominate but, a significant part of the flavor profile.

Overall a VERY good IPA. I can’t believe I never rated this. Copper with white head, but this is the perfect half-way mark between the dank, skunky IPA’s that are Blind Pig and Maximus, and the light, refreshing IPA’s that are Anderson Valley and Two Hearted. It also has that bright yeast flavor that adds to the IPA if done right.
