Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

“Oh yeah baby”, lots of “Little Fernies” a floatin’ in this beer, a hazy amber color the head modest, the texture frothy, the color and off white with a nice covering of lace. Sweet malt, light hop floral tone also noticed, quite sniffable, sweet malt start, the top moderate in feel. Finish has a definite acidic bite, the hops potent in their spicy bite, dry and long lasting aftertaste. A great beer from a great brewery got a couple of its bigger brother aging away, and that would be “Maximus”!

Medium gold with slight cloudiness, pleasant citrus, hoppy nose. Alhough balanced a bit on the hops side, this not a problem at all - the interesting malt flavors are there to enjoy. A very good IPA.

Draught at Woody’s in downtown Raleigh. Pours copper, with a medium white head, and lacing. Aroma is very hoppy, with a bit of pine and grapefruit. Flavor is similar, with a decent malk backbone and caramel. Excellent beer.

A very good IPA. A little malty. Gold colour and good head. Hops are present in the aroma and the flavour in respectable amounts.

I recall this having a great flavor, nice strength, great appearance. This is a good one for a summer evening over the grill

Orange amber color, thick off-white head. Citrus hop aroma. Flavor of grapefruity piney hops. Nice, very bitter IPA.

On Tap at Tank’s Tap Room (Carrollwood, FL). Draft pours a hazy golden orange with a decent sized foamy head. Pungent aroma of citrus, pine, and hops. Very hoppy flavor with a nice aftertaste. Subtle hints in the flavor also remind me of tea leaves.

This IPA is definenlty the most interesting IPA I’ve had. Everything id typical of an IPA except the flavor. To use that many hops in on ebatch of beer and still make it taste good is a gift. A gift from the Lord Himself I believe. This is a well rounded IPA in every sence. This was my first IPA that spun my head around when I first tried it cause I wasn’t used to all those hops yet. Then when I was, and tried a lot of different IPAs I came back to this one and was very impressed. Quite intreging indeed... hmmmm. I like it alot.
