Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

This is a great example of a west coast IPA. Great hoppy beer, bitters and flavor are excellent, Light body makes the flavor very hoppy, great beer for hop heads, a refreshing IPA...

Light, shiny amber orange beer with a big ol’ poofy head. The aroma is full of essence, malty yet citricly inviting. Very nicely pronounced grapefruit hop tones with a resiny feel and a sweet finish over the tongue. Very, very good.

A very excellent IPA. I have consummed vast quantities of it while in the SF Bay Area and in San Diego. I used to think this was the best IPA I has tasted until I ran into Stone IPA.

Not often I can say this about a beer. But, this one will knock your sox off. Really delicious and what I have been long looking for in an IPA. The hops are pretty extreme. The body firm yet well balanced. A nice creamy sort of head and great aroma. If I had two suggestions it would be to include the IBU rating and ABW which are lacking on the label. In conclusion, I will be keeping my eyes open for more selections by Lagunitas and definitely be buying more of this truly great IPA.

I don’t understand the low ratings for this beer. It is my favorite beer period. Assertive hops taste, but still balanced withthe malt. The low ratings may be the result of what seemed to be bad bottles several years ago. I just wish it was available in the part of SoCal where I live.

A great beer. Nice golden color. Grapefruit taste / smell. Very good, lots of hops! No Stone IPA or Ruination. I would drink this all days of the week.

Re-rate pending.

Amber colour, big hop aroma. Very woody, earthy flavours from both the malt and the hops. Long, dry finish. Quality IPA.

Another great beer from Lagunitas. I am so glad that their beers are now available in GA. This one has a nice hop bitterness and a smooth finish. Well rounded and balanced.
