Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Insanely hopped ale with a decent malt backbone. Darkish golden color with a sour finish. A lot of bite.

This is a good example of what I perceive to be a West Coast style IPA, loads of hops balanced by some caramel malts. Good, but I found it a little thin in body for the hopping level and a little heavy in the bittering hops compared to the flavor/aroma hops. I’m nitpicking here, this is a good IPA, just a notch below sweetwater and the sublime bell’s two hearted.

Beautiful hazy orange color. Great grapefruit/apple/bitter flavor/aroma. I was a little afraid of this beer from the reviews and the fact that I do not usually like IPA’s, but I found this drink very enjoyable.

Dark Amber color, small head. Fully hopped, medium malts. A nice hoppy full-bodied IPA. Hoppy without being too bitter. Good flavor. Aftertaste is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is hoppy, mostly bitter

A standard west coast IPA. Typical citrus aroma and flavor. A well-made beer though, and well-balanced. A good representation of a U.S. IPA.

Had this alongside the Avery IPA and prefered this one. Much fuller flavor and profile, but the Avery did have a nicery and more noticeable citrus nose. Very drinkeable and not as knock you over hoppy as most IPAs. Very well balanced, just like their imperial stout. This brewery is impressive... glad it’s made its way to the east coast.

reading the label I was concerned after finding this beer had 43 different hops and 65 various malts. But it's great. top 10 IPA's from the U.S.
