Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

Very fruity aroma, almost candy-like. Hops are very up-front. Pours a lovely golden color, hints of red throughout. Small head. Flavor is also very fruit heavy, with hops to back it up. Very little malt presence, making it a bit unbalanced. This is a bit harsh on the mouth, not like Stone Ruination, but the lack of balance makes it a little rough. Still, a quality IPA. USA v. Honduras! Let’s go BLUE!!!

This is quite a fruity IPA, from the aroma of citrus and berries, to the strawberry color, to the abundant flavors of strawberries, cherries (do I detect a hint of raspberry?) - quite unique and odd - moderate hops and a strong, biscuit-like malt backbone for the fruit flavors to play off of - a unique experience - expect a malty ESB rather than an IPA, though.

pours out a reddish orange color with lots of hoppy peices floating in the bottom of it. not near like laconner dh, but still, a good amount. poured into my newly acquired st bernardus glass :) little to no head on this beer. smell is hoppy, grapefruity and piney like most ipas. taste is sweet and hoppy. this is a pretty good ipa and a typical of a CA ipa. not bad at all, i like it. very smooth and easy drinking.

Hazy amber with an enduring off white head, nice lace, and some floaties. Honey, toffee, and light citrus aromas. Medium body, faintly resinous, light carbonation. Light sweet malty base supports a refreshing piney and bitter orange hop character. Dry, lightly bitter finish of medium duration.

Pours a copper orange with a one finger creamy light yellow head. The nose was very resinous and hoppy, sweet, citrusy, lightly piny and earthy, spicy, mandarin orange. The flavor is mostly earthy herbal hops, lightly citrusy, some pink grapefruit. The mouthfeel could have been more substantial.

12oz bottle. Aroma: Citrusy hops with a bit of lemon and orange, Medium malt sweetness with some light graininess and a bit of caramel. A light touch of green apple. Appearance: Light copper in color and clear. Off-white head was full and rocky with nice retention. Fair lacing. Flavor: Semi-sweet malt up front with a touch of caramel. Big grapefruit and some pine resin, followed by another hit of malt that leads into the finish. Medium-high bitterness is well balanced and refreshing. Palate: Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Overall: A great IPA that I wish I could find closer to home.

Pours a nice amber color with a silky white head that leaves moderate lacing. Nice fresh hopped aroma. The hops carry through in the taste nicely with a good bitterness towards the end. Nice crisp taste. Slightly acidic taste afterward, but still a nice brew.
