Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

I split a large bottle of this with my mother-in-law, and since she is a pretty cool mother-in-law, she really liked this. Without being too careful in pouring, it produced a huge head. The aroma was interesting--I thought it had a martini or Gin & Tonic-like aroma, plus something fruity--someone else has said mango, and that may be right. The flavor is well...IPA...you know...hoppy, somewhat (but not overpoweringly) bitter. Not complex, but nice.

Orange color with bubbly white head. Aroma is slightly hoppy. Fairly well carbonated. Flavor is dminated by green vegetable flavor and citrus. Fairly thin and refreshing.

Nice crisp and fruity IPA with a sweet floral nose and nice body. A graprefruit citrus backing it against the malt and strong hopping. Good stuff.

Man this brewery rocks! Everything they make is quality and very drinkable. Not necessarily knocking me out or anything like that but just in general good. This brew is no exception. In the glass: Lovely copper color just like the color behind the bottle in the picture to the upper left. Nice frothy head that lingers and lingers. Smell is excellently floral with a nice hint of the malt coming through all vanilla like and woody. On the palate. The floralness comes through much more intensely than the bitterness. This IPA does two things other IPAs don’t which are: 1.the aromatic hop boil is emphasized rather than the bittering boil. 2.the malt is excellently present and not overshadowed by the hoppy flavors. Great brew go get it Grat

Pour was amber gold, lots of foamy off white head. Nose was hops, lemon citrus pine grapefruit. Lots of floral and pine meddles into some grounding malts, finish is hops, grapefruit, very juicy, Very nice IPA. Thanks to my new friend Mark from liqouroutletwine cellars.

Pours orange-amber with a two-finger white head. Standard west coast IPA aroma--citrus- and pine-heavy, with very light malt backing. Very hoppy, with virtually no malt flavor. Dry, grassy, and citrusy finish. A bit one-sided, but very good.

This one is unique. It’s not like it’s west coast brothers...this IPA has a different malt profile and hop character than your typical west coast style IPA. Maybe this has more English IPA style to it...I need to try more of those. The aroma is malty with a bit of alcohol coming through. Taste is much the same...toasty malt and good hop flavor. These hops are all flavor and no bittering or aroma...to bad so sad. Still, this in an IPA that’s on my regular "BUY" rotation.

Strong yeast aroma with mild floral hop aroma. Clear orange color with small white head, good lacing. Fizzy with a small amount of sediment. Starts off melllow finishing with a moderate hop bitterness. Good carbonation.
