Commercial Description:
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.

A good solid IPA, but not the cream of the crop. Cascade hops, and quite a bit of em.

Golden hazy in color, pours in with white head with medium head retention. Nice hoppy flavor but could be more. Malts are not well balanced against the hops.

This is a huge hop beer. Almost over the top. The nose seems to be mostly Cascades with some other hops rounding it out. The flavor is big hoppy, but there is some maltiness to help balance it out. I’m not sure if I could drink more than one of these at a time due to the hoppiness.

Bottle: Pours a light amber color with a very small head that neither stuck around, nor stuck to the glass. Smells very earthy in the nose... Maybe hints of an orange. The hops are not over the top, just bitter enough in the taste. The rest of the taste is of soft orange, or some other citrus. Very earthy feel to this one.

Bottle, 22 fl. oz. Pours a light amber beer, with a nice off-white head. The aroma is hops, with notes of herbs and fruits, mainly lemon. Nice hoppy flavor, with mainly american hops. The hops tastes of lemon and grapefruit. Nice mouthfeel and overall a nice american IPA. (#100)

Bottle. Pours a clear orange/amber with a huge, creamy white head. Aroma and flavor of piney, bitter hops with some citrus, salt. Good, chill, and refreshing. This really hits the spot after 6 or so glasses of super sour lambics on a 90 degree day sitting outside in the heat. I would try it again in other conditions, of course.

Bottle pours clear amber with thin white head. Aroma is sweet malt. First taste is sweet fruit and malt with slight hops bitterness which balances out. There is a mild citruis hops finish and the carbonation is perfect.
