Apr 18, 2008 Perfectly labelled bottle (extra for the FZ pic). Orangey golden, big dense frothy greyish head. Delicious yellow grapefruity hop aroma with a malty accent. Taste is on the sweet side, well hopped and malty. Smooth in the mouth. Well-bodied. Lingering bitter finish. Don’t Eat The Yellow Snow!

Mar 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear pale amber color with a small white head. Grassy hoppy malty aroma with some hints of citrus and grapefruit. Sweetish malty grassy hoppy flavor with hints of grapefruit. Slightly sweetish malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Mar 23, 2008 Bottle pours a hazy dark amber color with a white head that lasts a long time. Hop smells wonderful and tastes wonderful to boot. Nice malt balance and hops aren’t overdone.

Mar 14, 2008 Bottle. Small off-white head that was mostly lasting, splotchy lacing, transparent, no carbonation observed, and a gold hue. Nose was hoppy, citrus, pine, some floral notes, caramel, and malt. Ditto for the flavor with some bitterness coming into play. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body. Overall, quaffable but a little too hoppy tasting for my liking, and worthy of a try.
