Nov 6, 2007 Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty - and really nothing else - a bit boring. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches, as well as a light spicy hoppyness. It gains in complexity when it warms up, but never impresses me.

Nov 14, 2007 From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 19. Pours golden yellow, clear, with a lacing white head. Strong grapefruit aroma with a sweet maltbase. Peachy and slight herbal malty too. Flavour is dry fruity, with a mild grainy note. Ends bitter and dry. Slight woody finish.

May 5, 2008 Bottle 66cl. Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280308)

Feb 26, 2008 Bottle, 7.8%. Fruity aroma, distinct elderflower notes. Almost clear golden orange colour, small white head. The flavour is very clean with a good, noticeable bitterness and ending on a fruity note with a hint of yeast. Goes down very well. Not heavy in spite of ABV.

Oct 29, 2007 Bottle, from malto
Bright golden-amber. Tangerines and apricots on the nose alongside wildflower honey. Fairly crisp hops, clean pale malts with a nectarine and pear fruitiness. Fairly dry, with a subtle alcoholic bite that blends with the lemony hop character. Retains a bit of that signature Lagunitas sweetness at the back. I like it better when I think of it as a random strong ale than an IPA.
