Bottle. Brownish-red with a thin tan head that fades quickly. Spicy aroma of hops and malt, with hints of berries and baked goods. Taste is also a bit spicy, of malt, spiced candied fruits, caramel and a hint of hops. Light lingering bitterness. Tasty and drinkable.

Ruby with small head from a 22 oz bottle. Sweet and thin. Can not notice the high alcohol content as it is very drinkable. Something realy stands out as odd but I just can not place it even after reading other reviews.

Clear, red amber body; pilowy tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, and some alcohol. Flavor is caramely and sweet, with moderate hoppiness and some alcohol warmth. Finishes a bit roasty and warm. Not bad.

Mahogany colored body beneath a thin ring of foam. Toasty malts, light citrus and tropical fruits show through in the aroma. Some more toasted malts in the flavor accompanied by some crystal malts that give off an iced tea like flavor. Hints of oranges and some faint notes of pineapple in the finish.

Pours dark amber with almost no head. Aroma is kind of musty but some sweet malt stands out as well. Flavor is okay with sweet malt dominating, and little toffee flavor, and finally some citrus notes. I would have liked a little hoppier beer, but it was still pretty decent.

Btl shared with springslicker. Red/brown pour. Aroma of brown sugar with a decent hops presence. Roasted malt and semi sweet with a good finishing bitterness. Good carbonation and mouthfeel. Almost to sweet for even me.

22oz bomber. Pours dark amber with a small off-white head that dissipates quickly, but a film of it lingers for a bit. Smells like a pine tree and sugar. Kind of citrusy and malty with a bit of hops. I would have liked some more hops but the balance was okay. Thin and fizzy mouthfeel. Clean bitter finish. Although the flavor was good, there was something about the aftertaste that was a bit off for me. Overall descent, but not a great ASA.
