with a bottle. Appearance: gorgeous Amber orange with a small White head. Aroma: hops. Mmmmm. Caramel, honey and malt. Flavour: surprising: malty initially with a spicy bang, the hops that were in the nose are quite hidden. Malt, caramel and a tiny amount of honey. Very nice. dchmela (1440), Orlando, Florida, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 2, 2009 Bottle. I’m slightly surprised to see this getting as high marks as it’s getting here. Basically an above average pale ale. You know what you’re getting...crisp smooth, slightly hoppy. Floral aromas. Basically, like I said above....a slightly better than average pale ale. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible. AmEricanbrew (1828), bankrupt socialistwelfare state, Washington DC, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 18, 2009 Thanks Hayduke! A cool looking crinkly looking cream colored head sits like an island in the middle of the pour. Great lacing and that little island remained throughout the 12 ounces. The beer itself is clear and golden with moderate carbonation visible. Aroma is unique with caramel and complex fruit. There is lemon, orange, and peach. Flavor is also fruit but not the complexity of the aroma. Light grapefruit and orange along with pine and caramel. The hops could have been a bit more assertive. It is a dry beer and one without much zest. Feel is oily and medium.
