Tasted this one at the brewery. Great big hop aroma with a huge grapfruit finish. Hearty malt backbone and a good heavy ABV. Hop lovers, this is your beer.

Light red good lacing, very clear. Great aroma. Dominated by cascade. Slightly citrus, and a little piney. Flavour is very citrus, and bitter. The cascade is prominant. Well balanced with a slightly sour finish. awsome IPA.

22oz - Copper colored liquid under white head. The nose tells you all you need to know: punishing hops. Pepper and basil on palate with a ginger like burn on sip. Sweet and spicy, too sweet actually. Sometimes more is just more.

Bronze in color with a lacy head. Citrus taste with a bitter finish. This is fantastic. Chewy texture with a taste that stays with you. Just get it.

22 oz bottle. Clear light golden pour with a moderate off white head. Nice hop aroma, piney, citrusy and strong. Flavor is more of the same, nice caramel sweetness up front with a strong bitter hoppy finish. An exceptional beer.

Really....will it get better than this? I am so glad the guys at Lagunitas decided to make this a regular production beer and not a seasonal. I really don’t see a need to blather on about this as it seems everyone here tends to agree that this is AWESOME IPA.

Picked it up at Armanetti’s in Chicago today. clear, golden orange with minimal head. nose is dominated by the citrus (grapefruit) with some caramel maltiness in the background. Hint of alcohol in the nose, but hardly perceptible. Flavor is well-balanced mix of grapefruit and malts. Has a nice lingering bitter finish.

With great thanks to HogTownHarry for sharing this baby with me. Appearance: Beautiful golden orange with a decent creamy off white head. Aroma: Super fruity, sharp, mangos, pineapple, malt and just juicy hops! Flavour: Wow! Juicy! Seriously hoppy with pineapple, mango, salt, more hops, bitter, citrus with a lovely sweet citrus finish. Nice indeed.
