Add is some fresh chewy hops and you’ve got this beer. Flavor is loaded with fleshy orange, grapefruit, and other citrus hops. Add is just enough caramel malt to keep it honest. Palate is tangy and creamy. Very tart finish. Extremely hoppy yet balanced and very tasty. Get some Stoopid.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 3, 2009 Tasty beer, more balanced than I expected. Pours a clear, light amber color with a foamy head about 1cm tall. Head disappears quickly leaving a spotty film of bubbles. Lots of crisp, flowery bitterness, balanced with a sticky, sugary sweetness in the background. Real bitterness on the finish. Leaves a sticky citrus flavor on the back of my tongue. Delicious. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2009 Thoroughly enjoyed from a 22oz bomber in a tulip glass. The beer pours a medium amber color with a off-white head. As one might expect by the name, very strong notes of west coast hops come through in the nose. There is also a detectable note of med-high crystal malt, but it takes a back seat to the hops. The palate is hoppy up front, in the middle, and in the end. Malt comes through in the latter two to provide some additional complexity when paired with the resiny notes that arise. The finish is slightly fruity, but just barely so; and sufficiently dry to allow for easy drinking. Hop flavors linger on the tongue for significant periods after each swallow, allowing for some extended enjoyment. Very well done. RPKLove (12), Astoria, New York, USA

A lot of bite on the palate, a little dry. I think I may not love it but I keep guzzling it down. The citrus flavor might be a little overbearing for some (this is not a particularly well balanced beer) but I like my beer over the top so I highly recommend it to drinkers who like a lot of hops. Aroma of grapefruit, orangepeel, pine, and wood. Up front you get some caramel and a little biscuit, but then the big hops take over. Mid palate through you get a lot of pine with some citrus bitterness as well. Some alcohol and warmth in the finish. Moderate carbonation and a clean crisp finish.

The Attack is strong but not too aggressive. The finish is pleasant and inviting.
I paired it with a Seafood Risotto tonight and it worked perfectly.
I liked this beer a lot. fata2683 (883), Panama City, Florida, USA
