A golden ale with a full, rocky foam that could balance a nickel. Grass, citrus, and slight waterproofing spray. Bready malts and bitter astringentcy. This is simply a big beer full of hops, alcohol and bread. No depth, no nuance and no love but damn, it’s tastey.

quite floral and fruity hoppiness. big caramel sweetness to support the IBUs which certainly can be tasted. well balanced. enjoyed it altough it was a bit dated.

Interesting. Definitely hoppy, but with some interesting sweet overtones of honeysuckle, lilac, and peppermint. The taste lingers with these piney bitterness. Theres also a nice herbal aroma, sage or heather perhaps.

Oily orange color. Great lacing. Funky aroma of pine and wheat bitter up front, followed by a flash of )))salty??((( then more bitterness. Not sire I like the middle flash of flavor, but I like the hop profile a ton.

Smells, looks, tastes and pleases like a top notch DIPA. I will now include this one in the rotation as it fits my expectations on all levels. Great ale.

lct-or, med-sticky-body, ^co2.

^piney sweet-grpfrt aroma.

co2 bright-citrus-fruit T1, sweet-tangerine resiny-hop co2 T2, hop-slick T3.

like a four-hearted ale, great flavor but too much co2,
fresh-sweet-citrus backdrop, piney-hop-resin forefront.

Bottle. 25.4 oz. Pours clear orange-amber with a moderate, smooth off-white head. Aroma of dry hops, yeast, bread, cinnamon, vanilla, and barley. Pourous, clean mouthfeel with an extremely passive, mildly crisp body. Great Imperial IPA.

Bottle:   Bright Amber in color, very minor haze, batter like head, off-white, big and frothy, moderate lacing.   Resiny nose, hops and very slight pine.   Also has a malt presense to it.   Quite resiny on the tongue, piney, with not a hell of a lot of bitterness but it does have quite a bit of hop flavor.   Certainly bigger than your average IPA, but not as Malty as I prefer.   However, its not biting at all, has very good hop flavor, it is quite resiny, with hints of pine, all while remaining quite well balanced.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Resiny finish, very clean, well in a hop sorta way.   Good, quite good actually.   For not being as Malty as I like, it was rather well balanced for an IIPA.   Hop Heads will like this one.   I tend to prefer ones that lean towards Barley Wine, but this one was likely truer to style.

Clear golden yellow with a medium off-white head, sudsy, moderately dissipating and some lacing. Aroma of resinous, woodsy and citrus hops – west coast IPA all the way with enough caramel and malt to back it up. Taste of resinous hops, mild floral hops, crystal malt, mild citrus. Finishes up with moderate bitterness and mild warming and some orange. Nice but not stellar – and nicely priced.
