Oct 25, 2008 Pours a nice clear golden amber color, nice carbonation, nice small creamy white head, lots of islands and sticky lacing afterwards. The nose is sweet/malty, nice hop tone, slight citrus, and some caramel thrown in. The taste is very sweet and hoppy, nice bitter slightly dry finish. Medium body. Very drinkable, I really I’m enjoying this brew, this brewery can put out some very nice brew’s.

Sep 8, 2008 Poured from a 22oz bottle a dark amber with a reddish tint and an off-white head. Aroma was caramel malt and floral/piney hops. Flavor was malty with a bitter hop and a bit of toffee in the finish.

Sep 6, 2008 GREAT TASTE. Nose was caramel with very floral hops. Flavour had the resin taste with a huge wash of malts adding heavy molasses and butterscotch tones.

Aug 11, 2008 22 ounce bottle from Belmont Station--Poured a cloudy amber-copper body with a thick off-white head. spicy, bitter, alpha acidic nose with some floral and fruity hoppiness. Big malt underpinning with lingering grapefruit hops and sticky prickly bitterness and a sparkling mouthfeel. Yum!

Jul 15, 2008 Bouteille de 660 ml partagé avec Lady Susan, à Volo (Toronto), le 13/7/08. Couleur thé ambrée, moyen collet. Arome d’houblon amère agréable, notes de thé noir. Goût d’herbe houblonné, bonne amerturme et un peu fruité. Une bonne bière amère et malgré son taux d’alcool, tu ne le sens pas!
