Pours a dark copper with a thick white head. Great lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and a nice hop character. Similar flavor, nice citrus fruits thrown in, piny hops, brown sugar. finishes nicely carbonated, bitter, slick. nice.

Pours deep amber into a snifter. Off-white head with good retention leaves spot lacing as it slowly recedes. Orange and alcohol aromas. Thick and heady with upfront caramel and a thin, lasting grapefruit resin and alcohol burn finish.

2006 bottle. Copper in color with a light head that retained. The nose is filled with citric hops and some caramel/toffee malt. A smooth and full texture with a rich and sweet midpalate that turns to a dry, bitter finish from the hops. Well made and easily drinkable even with the 9.3% alcohol content.

Deep amber with a copper touch. Good clean head with nice lacing and all the fun of a IIPA with a touch of B-Wine. Little bro of Hog Heaven is how I may describe it( a little). I like it and would like to pour it all over my face so it stays with me for a while.

22oz bomber. I really like this brew alot. Very potent. This brew pours the most truely brown color of any I’ve seen as of yet. White head of moderately sized bubbles. Smells of strong hops and a good dose of sweetness, brown sugar maybe. This ain’t no IPA but it sure is bitter. It’s got a great hop bitterness to it. Lots of alcohol on the finish, but in a good way! For a big beer its not very thick. Good carbonation and lots of that hop bitterness baby. This beer tastes great. For anyone who loves hops this is a great ale. I wouldn’t drink too much though, potent!

22 oz Bomber-Trade w/pepsican. Poured a deep amber color w/a huge foamy tan head w/lasted thru the brew. Floral hop aroma w/a touch of malt. Had a strong hop flavor on first taste, but that initial bite was well balanced by a full malt finish w/touches of roasted almonds & caramel. Well balanced brew. Alcohol was well hidden. Mouthfeel was a little thin, but it did not take away from the enjoyment of this brew. Thanks Andy!
