yngwie (3602), Kristiansand, Norway May 1, 2008 Bottle, 22oz. It pours a hazy, golden body with a dense, beige head. Lovely beef-stock aroma, malty, caramelly, sweetish and with a lovely hoppyness. Malty and sweet flavor, pine and resin also playing a major part, nice bitterness, and some beef-stock notes. Full to medium body. So bitter it almost feels stinging in the mouth. Long, piney and resiny finish. Love the hop-profile in this one, and it’s sort of balanced as well, with all its maltyness. (080314)
