Bottle, 22oz. It pours a hazy, golden body with a dense, beige head. Lovely beef-stock aroma, malty, caramelly, sweetish and with a lovely hoppyness. Malty and sweet flavor, pine and resin also playing a major part, nice bitterness, and some beef-stock notes. Full to medium body. So bitter it almost feels stinging in the mouth. Long, piney and resiny finish. Love the hop-profile in this one, and it’s sort of balanced as well, with all its maltyness. (080314)

Excellent stuff. These guys need to get busted more often! I bought a bottle to try and when I went back for more, they were sold out.

Poured from a 22oz bottle a dark amber with a reddish tint and an off-white head. Aroma was caramel malt and floral/piney hops. Flavor was malty with a bitter hop and a bit of toffee in the finish.

GREAT TASTE. Nose was caramel with very floral hops. Flavour had the resin taste with a huge wash of malts adding heavy molasses and butterscotch tones.

22 ounce bottle from Belmont Station--Poured a cloudy amber-copper body with a thick off-white head. spicy, bitter, alpha acidic nose with some floral and fruity hoppiness. Big malt underpinning with lingering grapefruit hops and sticky prickly bitterness and a sparkling mouthfeel. Yum!
