2009 Lucky Lab Big Beer Fest. Darker amber pour with a thin off-white head. Thinner bodied, but mellow on the alcohol. Hints of cherry with the caramel up front, milder on the hops. Overall just so so, could use a bit more body. Felt overall like a milder barleywine, but had some nice malt flavors.

Taster - Laht Neppur Brewing - Waitsburg WA - Smooth dark malt flavor, very sweet tasting very warm. This will develop into a very fine Barley wine with more aging at this time it was average.
