I’m not a huge fan of the style, but to my mind this beer was in accordance with my expectations for a cream ale without a lot of extras. It was somewhat "creamy" and sugary, but beyond that there was not a lot to distinguish it from an American lager.
The beer had a pleasant enough appearance...a pale straw color with a fairly Sprite-like head. Aroma was rather sweet, like candy sugar. And that was the primary component of the flavor as well...not a lot of hoppiness or maltiness and no "add-on" flavors like fruitiness, chocolate, toffee, coffee, etc. Mouthfeel was unremarkable. Not bad - I finished the bottle, but not something I’d be in a rush to have again. krysztofar (344), belleville, Illinois, USA

Poured a lighter and hazy straw color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of buttered popcorn (hmmm, not good) and some what grainy. Butter bomb tastes. On my way to the drain. Someone please send me another bottle and I’ll re-rate it! CaptainCougar (5493), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Aroma of sweet slightly creamy pale malt with a touch of mild fruity notes. Body starts mildly sweet and smooth with a slightly earthy noble hop balance. True to style and very drinkable, but otherwise bland.
