I love this style of beer and this is a good one. Pours clear golden with a nice froth. Aroma of cookies and grain. Sweet on the tongue and long in the finish (for the style anyway). Fine anytime type of beer.

Poured with a nice, white head that pretty much settle down to a light cover and some lace. Color is a crystal clear yellow. Aroma is beery, malty, light hop, a bit of yeast, and some grain. Flavor’s the same but more sweet. Body is good and so is carbonation. I’d like it better if it weren’t quite as sweet. Slight bitterness in finish. I will say the sweetness is short lived and that helps. Could do worse for a session beer.

Pours a crystal clear color with a mild white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is of bread/dough as well as pine notes. Taste is of hop bitterness followed by smooth and sweet bread and honey notes. Excellent mouthfeel, finishes extremely smooth.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold body under a small fizzy white head that fell to a wispy film. Smells more of cooked veggies than malt, with a little bit of corn and light sulfur. Minimal flavor, just a little bready and doughy malt with zero hops. Tastes much, well OK not MUCH, better than it smells. Very light bodied with a little doughy clinginess on the back end and fizzy prickly carbonation. Not the best example of the style for sure.

Pours a yellow color with a white head. Smell of grains and malts. I was a little disappointed in the taste. A little sweet at the end. Was hoping for more.

Bottle - Not a fan. Pours light yellow with a fizzy white head that’s gone in no time. Smells of corn, sweet grain, and a touch of malt. Faint vanilla. There really isn’t much taste at all, with a bit of barley and malt, along with a stale hop finish. Doesn’t even feel good in the mouth, as it’s syrupy, with too much carbonation. I don’t see much difference between this and Bud. Yuck.

12oz bottle. Light golden-yellow, almost transparent, maybe a slight haze. Small head that fades into an oily top. Sweet brewery fresh smell of malt and corn. Creamy and mild, with some initial crispness. Medium bodied. Sweet aftertaste, with some distant bitterness. Not unlike some English Ales in its light, fruity malt base and subtle hopping. Well done, one of the better Cream Ales out there.

courtesy of abends. pours golden straw with thick white head. Aroma and taste, hoppy, some fruits notes and light touch of corn. Creamy mouthfeel, with some citrus and corn that just remains way too hidden for a pre-prohibition style. Not bad, just too light in body.

This is the worst damn beer I have ever had. It tastes Like Miller Lite! My wife was embarrassed when I sent it back.
