Bitter. The aroma has ginger and coriander. More of this in the flavor, along with wheat. Spicy, but there could be more yeast.

(bottle thanks Joebrew!) Pours cloudy gold with a white head. Aromas of coriander, orange, bready yeast, and ginger. The taste is initially filled with ginger, but there’s also some orange peel present as well. The finish is very buttery and yeasty, which makes it taste like a buttered cracker. Mouthfeel is medium.

Bottle shared by beastiefan2k. Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Pleasant aroma of lemon and coriander. The flavor is very similar with lemon and coriander. Thin bodied.

Bottle shared by beastiefan2k. Pours a cloudy gold with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, light fruits, and sweet corn. Flavor of spicy odd flavors, sweet corn, stale wheat. Doesn’t taste anything like a saison. Pretty bad although to give it one redeemable quality, it didn’t have a terrible palate. The bad flavors were easy to gulp down, if you wanted to (which I didn’t).

Thanks to Joebrew! Hazy yellow color with a thin head. Butterscotch aroma. Lots of ginger and spiciness to the flavor. Buttery finish.

Saison? Well, from the label I was expecting one, but this is all witbier to me - cloudy light golden beer - spicy nose of coriander, citrus rind, a touch of peppercorn, lavender - mildly tart, with a wheaty character to it - quite a bit of spice and floral flavors - gets a bit of a soapy quality at times - a little grainy/bready on the back end - decent.

Single from Three Cellars Milwaukee. Cloudy light color. Very flowery aroma. Spicy and “creamy” flavor.
