12oz bottle. Shared with Kevin...Hazy gold, white head throwing some slight lace. Doughy, corriander, somewhat peppery citrus aroma. Moderate intesity. Wheaty finish w/o much bitterness. This reminds me more of a beefy wit than anything else, especially with the spicing. Easy to drink though.

Not bad, not bad. Poured with a huge frothy, foamy off white head and some lace. Color is a slightly hazy amber. Aroma is mild and a bit spicy, malty, yeasty. Flavor’s the same but with a bit of home brew flavor and more accent on spice and yeast. Body is soft and carbonation is ok. Personally prefer a less soft belgian style farmhouse/wit. Finish is ok. Again personally, not a session for me, but maybe for some.

This is like a Saison. The aroma was fruity/citrusy, sweet, no hops, maybe hints of coriander. A hazy golden/straw color, thin white head that lasts. Fruit/citrus and spice/coriander flavors, some malt, no hops. Light bodied, no hop bitterness. Nice light, refreshing, hefe-like. It was wonderful finding this on tap.

Draft at the OF. Hazy yellow. Earthy, wheaty, slight funkiness. A hint of sweet and sour yeast. Sweet flavor, almost herbal. Somewhat dry with a sugary backdrop. Coriander herbal touch really dominates. Not really like a good farmhouse ale in most respects.

Hazy pale yellow with a nice white head. Aroma of banana bread and clove. Very light in flavor, more of the banana and clove with some tropical fruit. Enjoyable and quaffable.

Smells nice, funky wheat. This is pretty good. Some wheat,a little funk, generally a decent beer.

12 oz. bottle from Steve’s Liquor in Madison, WI. Pours pale yellowish-orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of horseblanket, leather, funk, and lemon. Peppery/soapy taste. Very light for a saison. I did not think this was good at all.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is banana and cloves with some pepper in there. Flavor is at first a large dose of corriander with some spice left on the tounge. Not really a saison more like a wit than anythng. Still this is easy to drink and very sessionable.
