Pours a dirty, dark brown with a slight off-white head. Molasses in the aroma with some baked brown bread. Initial flavor believe it or not is of wasabi. Settles a bit and some chocolate finds its way through along with some olive oil, baked brown bread and molasses. Slightly complex for a bock. Somewhat thickish mouthfeel.
