Lakefront Bourbon Barrel Cherry

On Tap @BBC- Undrinkable. Pours a dark brown color. Astringent cherry and buttered bourbony aroma. Flavor is acidic and thin, almost tasted infected except for the barrel completely dominated this little beer. Poor Cherry Lager never had a chance.

Tap @ GTMW. Hazy, murky caramel brown in color. Cherry Coke aroma with caramel and bourbon hints. Slick and thin on the palate, and filling me with remorse already. Flavor is suspiciously similar to an amaretto shot in a glass of bourbon and seltzer. Lacking dimension and complexity. Finishes like maraschino cherry juice in a heavily iced-down glass of bourbon.
