Nov 18, 2007 The aroma is mild, slight lemon, hop, and spice to it. Has a nice golden, straw color appearance. It does taste like a light version of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. One word to sum it up would be mild.

Nov 11, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Poured amber with a quickly fading head. Aroma of light citrus and grass. Light caramel and citrusy flavor, like a lighter version of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Relatively tame, but balanced. Crispy orangey finish. Fine carbonation. This is actually among the better tasting, refreshing and well balanced light session ales I’ve had. Could easily and happily mow through several others during football and whatnot.

Nov 3, 2007 Bottle. My first Mild Ale and now have all 71 beer styles. Whooo hoo! Sour lemongrass and some dry yeast on the nose. Faint but appealing. Slightly hazy gold pour with no head. Definite mild flavor. Some sweeter malt with light toasted biscuit notes. A hint of caramel and toffee. Medium bodied. Crisp and refreshing, albeit not overly complex. I’d like to try some other milds.

Oct 31, 2007 Bottled, 3 months old. Poured clear medium golden with a short white head and rising carbonation. The aroma picked up dusty yeast and mild vinegary fruit tartness.. not really offensive, but felt off, and this shouldn’t be past its prime. The flavor mirrored the nose with sharper light fruits, bready notes, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Lighter-bodied with a nice creamy feel on the middle.. citrusy tartness was very welcome at the end. This grew on me.

Oct 22, 2007 From the mixpack 8 pack. This was one of the least exciting in the pack, although not a bad beer by any means. soft caramel malts and honey balance well with a mild hop finish. Citrusy and faint lemon peel quality to the hops.

Oct 22, 2007 Bottle. Pours a bubbly golden color with a two finger head. Aroma has bready notes with a bit of a lemon zest. Flavor is about the same... the dough like malt presence is balanced out by the lemony notes that come from the hops. A little bit of a yeasty note is perceptible as well. Comes off slightly watery, but is pleasant enough.

Oct 10, 2007 Had this beer on 7/21/2004. Aroma is light with a mild malt scent. Color is a pale gold with very good carbonation and a thin tight head. Taste is light and sweet. Starting with a light fizzy body it goes down easy and a bit fuzzy. Finish comes on light with a malty sweetness and is finished up with a faint bitter feel. Its light and tasty.
