Commercial Description:
This recipe is a true craft ale brewed with only water, yeast, hops and malted barley, in keeping with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. We have designed it with a vibrant golden amber hue and a refreshing body. The mild addition of Kent Golding hops balances the generous amounts of caramel malts to give it a malty rather than a bitter finish. A special strain of California Ale Yeast gives the brew a slight hint of fruity aroma.

12oz bottle. Murky golden color. Dry and mellow, with a slight caramel and lemon flavor notes. Sour finish. Rather interesting session beer.

dark yellow, whispy head, sweet malt with floral hop aroma, nice light sweet malt flavor with mild balancing hops, almost a corn like sweetness with not enough hops to dress it up,

Funky skunky ale aroma. Went down smooth, but nothing distinct made me really like this beer.

Rather bland, but then the bottle notes promise simplicity. A nose that is primarily wheat, and a palate that is wheat with lemon zest mingling in, and a very mildly hoppy finish. Smooth, but not very exciting.

A very drinkable, almost light-wheat ale. Hazy color, nicie taste with some hops and fruit but not too much.

Bottle. Sour lemon and malt aroma. Hazy orange yellow with small head. Sour malt flavor with a citrus finish. Very much like a light wheat beer. Nice drinkable and unique beer.

RATING #800: 12oz bottle from a 8pk sampler. Golden orange/ yellow color. Great lacing. Aroma of honey and malts. It has an ODD, nutty, spicy flavor. A sweet fruitness of goosebeeries. Finishes with florals and maltiness. Very low bitterness (almost non-existent). POST SCRIPT: As I wrote these comment I did not know the style. It shows on the bottle as simply An Ale. A Mile Ale is fitting. This beer is very unique.

Odd musty malt smell. Cloudy light golden color with a large quickly diminishing head. Starts with tangy malts. Something like lemon.
